Eligibility Criteria:

- Currently be employed within the State of Arkansas in the emergency management
field representing local government, state government and/or other emergency
management entities.
- Must be an active Arkansas Emergency Management Association member in good
standing.
- Currently enrolled or will attend a 2 or 4 year higher education degree program, to
include a Masters program, in the fall semester.
- Submit College transcripts with application if applicable.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 (based on 4.0 scale)
- Short Essay defining your education goals, undergraduate or graduate major
associated with school, work and/or community.
- Applicant must reside and attend a school of higher learning in Arkansas
